a. ASSEMBLY ERROR: when the design is altered in its content by processes of verification,
optimization and realization of assemblies for production, when these have been carried out
by BCPrint.
b. ERROR IN QUALITY OR PRODUCT COMPLETION: when the final product does not correspond
to the characteristics that the buyer selected through the BCPrint platform or with the
quotation made by BCPrint.
c. DETERIORATION OF THE PRODUCT BY SHIPMENT: when the buyer receives the product in
poor condition due to handling in the shipment or packaging.
d. DELAY IN DELIVERY: when delivery times exceed those determined at the time of purchase or
in subsequent agreements. Delivery times begin to be counted from the moment the files are
received with the final designs or art suitable to begin the printing process. The daily cut is
made at 11 am on business days, so in case of receiving the files later than the appointed time,
the shipment will be counted from the next business day.
e. DESIGN NOT SUITABLE FOR PRINTING WITHOUT CUSTOMER RESPONSE: If the order is stopped
by BCPrint upon finding that the buyer's or user's design is not suitable for printing and
BCPrint does not receive a response from the customer within 15 business days, the
equivalent of the order is refunded. This value will be refunded through the method of
crediting the BCPrint User's account so that it can be used as a means of payment in
subsequent purchases. No refunds will be made for this reason as credit or debit cards or cash.
The return of orders or products covered by the grounds indicated above must be requested no
later than eight (8) business days following the date of delivery of the product by BCPrint. For the
total or partial return of the value of the order or product you must notify the inconvenience by
email to [email protected] with a detailed description accompanied by photographs
of the defective product.
